The contract is formed once we confirm your order or ship the goods.

 

4. Products & Safety

Products comply with EU Cosmetics Regulation (EC) 1223/2009. Individual reactions are not considered defects.

 

5. Prices & Shipping

All prices include VAT. Shipping costs shown at checkout. Free shipping in Germany from three products.

 

6. Payment Methods

Accepted payments:

- Credit card (Visa, MasterCard, Amex, Discover, UnionPay, JCB)

- PayPal

- Klarna (Instant, Invoice, Installments – subject to Klarna approval)

- Bank transfer

 

7. Delivery

Shipping via DHL. Delivery times:

- Germany: 2–3 business days

- EU: 3–10 business days

 

8. Retention of Title

Goods remain our property until full payment is received.

 

9. Withdrawal & Returns

14‑day withdrawal right. Details under “Return & Withdrawal Policy.” Opened cosmetic products cannot be returned.

 

10. Complaints

Visible damage must be reported immediately. Hidden damage must be reported within 24 hours.

 

11. Liability

We are liable only for intent and gross negligence. No liability for misuse or individual skin reactions.

 

12. Data Protection

Processing according to GDPR as described in our Privacy Policy.

14. Final Provisions

German law applies. Invalid clauses do not affect the remaining terms.
